In her important role as Community Director of Magnolia Village, Michelle Tredinnick is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community. Her focus is on improving financial success and strengthening programs as well as providing support to the staff and residents. Michelle is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a BA in Psychology. Her hobbies are hiking, kayaking and spending time at the beach with her husband. Josie Perez, Assistant Director
With over 20 years of experience working with seniors, Josie Perez is the Assistant Director for Magnolia Village and has had all her experience here. Josie interacts with closely with residents and staff and is known as the "Go-to Gal." She assists with the coordination of resident move-ins and oversees the Transportation, Housekeeping and Maintenance departments. In her spare time, Josie enjoys spending time with her family. Mary Stenger, Activities Director
Mary Stenger is the spirited Activities Director at Magnolia Village. She loves the residents and enjoys planning outings and special events. Prior to joining the Magnolia team, Mary worked as a caregiver for seniors for over 20 years. Her hobbies are gardening and spending time with her grandkids, while relaxing in her back yard. As Administrative Coordinator, Kathy Tompsen enjoys keeping the office running smoothly in addition to interacting with the residents at Magnolia Village and seeing to their needs. Her favorite pastimes are being with her granddaughters and fishing with her husband. William J. Miranda, Executive Chef
Chef Miranda is responsible for the daily preparation, assembly and presentation of all meals for the residents of Magnolia Village. He is a high honor graduate of Le Cordon Bleu program in Pasadena, California. He not only enjoys his work, it is his passion. On his days off, he enjoys spending time with his family.
